I excel at breaking down complex challenges and delivering reliable solutions across project management, design, and branding.
Conflicts arise when a consensus is not established from the very beginning. In the past, I consistently asked Project Managers (PMs), Section Managers, or Senior Executives, "What are the company's objectives, or what are your specific goals?" This approach allowed us to identify where the commercial interests lay and facilitated open communication with team members.
In the short term, front-end developers should be involved as early as the Sketch or Wireframe stages. Simultaneously, business goals and feasibility must be aligned with senior management. This ensures technical viability and keeps the project on schedule. In the long term, I highly recommend that UI designers, UX designers, and even Product Designers (PDs) acquire fundamental programming skills.
As a PM, the first step is to map out the process, pinpoint bottlenecks, and brainstorm solutions collaboratively with the team. If an assessment indicates that a deadline extension is necessary, ensure that business interests will not be severely impacted, and then present a comprehensive adjustment plan to senior management. If business interests are at risk, consider prioritizing the delivery of components that most directly impact the business.
The qualitative research frequently conducted in User Experience (UX) and the surveys utilized by Branding for product, market, and communication positioning ultimately yield User Profiles/Personas that essentially serve the same purpose. They share a substantial degree of correlation, with the primary distinction lying in slightly different research focuses. Taking it a step further, overall Branding inherently encompasses user experience, marketing, and other related domains.
